When do Orders ship to the Customer? 

We ship all orders 48 hours after the order was placed. If you need to cancel or change order details please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipment type? 

All orders unless otherwise specified will ship through ground transportation delivering within 4-10 days. 

What is the return policy?

We offer a full refund for 7 days after delivery. If you don’t love the garment, submit a return request to customerservice@silveraffect.com. Please include your order number and name to start the process. We offer complimentary return shipping. After 7 days you can still return for 100% store Credit. We will also cover return shipping costs. All garments must be in new condition, unworn, and with tags still attached for a full refund/ store credit.

When is the refund submitted?

It takes 1-2 weeks for shipping and order inspection.

An email notification will be sent when the refund is submitted.

Refund will be issued to original payment method (Debit/Credit card, paypal, etc…)
