Here at Silver Affects, we are making Stylish Garments that are very beneficial to the human health. A subsidiary clothing line by NyLaurent LLC, (“NyLaurent”, “Silver Affects”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), headquartered Los Angeles, California 90019, provides a website located at silveraffects.com (the “Site”) is a subsidiary of NyLaurent and in conjunction with third parties.
See the full Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before shopping on the website. By using Silver Affects clothing Line garments (the “Products”, “Product”, “Garment”, or “Garments”) and site, you are agreeing to all the terms listed below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please exit immediately and do not use the Site.
These terms are applicable between Silver Affects and all customers purchasing, browsing, using information, graphics, movies, features, visiting, documentation and/or and/ALL services on the Site (the “Customer”)
This site is safe for customers of all ages to visit. If you are under the age of 13, please refrain from entering personal information, including but not limited to, your address, email address, name, phone number and any other personal information.
Products & compliance
At any time all and/or partial information on the site are subject to change at our discretion. We do not have to notify customers when changes to the site are made. Features, products, prices content and products descriptions are subject to change without notice. We do not incur or accept any liability for omission or error on any and all information on the Site including descriptions, pricing and/or details to name a few. We do not claim to prevent, treat or diagnose any health problems or diseases.
The prices listed on the site do not include tax and shipping fees. Shipping and tax fees are applied on a per order bases and is calculated by Country/State order is delivered to.
Free shipping for all orders greater than $100 USD (after discounts, rebates, reductions, exclusive offers, ect…) All prices listed in U.S. Dollars. Tax and shipping costs specified in the final checkout screen. If paying by Debit/Credit card, the total order amount will be reflected on your statement in your local currency. If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.
Right to reject an order
Order fulfillment is subject to Availability. We produce limited runs of each Collection and cannot guarantee availability. In the instance that inventory is not available for a submitted order, we will refund the full amount and give 15% off the Customers next purchase. We strictly reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons within our discretions. We will provide written notice without being liable for any damages or costs other than repayment of any amount received for order placed. Customer will always be notified through provided email address of cancelled order.

Placing an order on the Site
Before proceeding to checkout, Please review all details of your order. The customer will Receive an online order acknowledgment once the order is submitted. If the customer made an error on the order, the customer has 24 hours to call customer services to fix the order before it ships. (email@example.com) This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the Products are shipped to you – we will send you an email confirming that the Products have been shipped (“Order Confirmation”).
We strive to fulfill every single order! Although, we will inform the customer through email if we cannot process the order for any reason.
Customers can either pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or Paypal.
When the order is shipped, we will deduct the amount due. Payments can only be processed if the billing information can be verified. We retain title in any Product(s) until we have received full payment for such Product(s).
The payment solution used by Silver Affects is 100% secure through Shopify and other 3rd Party Services. The secure platform proposed on the online store is Shopify. Shopify platform complies with regulations concerning credit cards remote and online payments.
We can not 100% guarantee a delivery time and date. All estimated delivery date/time are based on a predictable model but can be subject to unexpected changes. We are not liable for consequences caused by delays and lost delivery. The Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. The Customer must ensure that he provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
Inspection upon delivery
It is the Customers responsibility to inspect the package for damage within the first 5 days after arrival. We are not liable for damages after the first 5 days. If it appears that the products are damaged, please send us an email with images of the damage. We will then rectify the situation.
Taxes and customs duties
All orders shipped from the United States. “WE” will not refund and not liable for customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside the United States.
Right of withdrawal, return and refund policy
The Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning the day after receipt of a product delivery by carrier specified in tracking information, provided by a third party carrier. Within the first fourteen days, Silver Affects will give a full refund for all returns. To cancel order within 24hours of placing it, contact Customer Services. Once the order ships, Customer can no longer exercise his/her/they right of withdrawal.
The product shall be returned in its original packaging, unworn, in perfect condition along with the delivery receipt to the address provided by the customer service and following the instructions given by the customer service.
Any Products that are damaged, incomplete, used, worn, washed, soiled or returned with a damaged original packaging will not be taken back or exchanged by Silver Affects. If the seal and/or the tags affixed to the Products are broken or removed, Silver Affects may also not take back the Products.
Refund policy. The Customer will only obtain a refund of the Products under this Article if he proves that the Product has been returned if returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation. The Customer shall therefore return the product in a way allowing the written proof of the date of return through tracking information. Silver Affects will refund the price paid at the time of order (not including the initial shipping fees) in case of return of the entire initial order.
Silver Affects will process the refund due to the Customer at the latest within 14 days following the delivery of the returned Products.
Retention of title
Silver Affects shall retain ownership of the Products until full settlement of the price by the Customer. The payment is effective when the money is actually received by Silver Affects.
The Products will be at the Customer’s risk (e.g. risks of loss, theft, deterioration) from the time of delivery.
Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent of the law, Silver Affect does not make any express or implied warranties: (i) that the Site, Services, Site Content, goods, advice, information or links provided on the Site will meet your requirements; (ii) that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error; (iii) that defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the Services will be corrected; (iv) regarding the Site Content, goods, services, advice, information or links provided by any third parties or users; (v) that the Site, Site Content, goods, services, advice, or information displayed on the Site will meet your requirements; and (vi) that the Site will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms
Limitation of liability
Silver Affect will not be liable for:
- Any inability to contact the customer service.
– Any inability to access or use the Site for any reason.
– Losses that are not the result of a direct error on the part of Silver Affect, in particular in the event of fault of the Customer or in the event of an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the sale contract. Any damages suffered as a result of the use of electronic communications, such as a breach in service, outside intrusion or the presence of a computer virus.
– The non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure as described in Article 16 below.
The purchase price of the Products concerned is the maximum reimbursement of the above damages. We shall not be liable for damage incurred by a third party resulting from the use of any of our Products. We shall not be liable for damage incurred by you as a result of your improper use of any of our Products. Silver Affects doesn’t claim to diagnose, prevent or treat any disease or other health problems. Therefore, Silver Affect shall not be liable for the medical inefficiency of its Products.
Customer has a right of deletion, access and rectification on all the data entered into the Site by carrying out his claim and proof of identity. To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email with that purpose to the following email address: Customerservice@silveraffect.com
Silver Affect collect and store information that you provide to the Site.
If disclosure of personal information is legally required or necessary (for example, at the request of the police force, judiciary and other bodies), without the prior consent of the Customer personal data can be transmitted to third parties.
The Customer accepts, by making orders through the Site, to receive promotional emails from Silver Affect and/or from Silver Affect partner firms. The Customer is able to stop receiving such promotional emails by clicking on the link provided for that purpose at the bottom of each email.
This Site is the subject of a declaration before the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), which issued the receipt n° 2102267 v 0 on September 25th, 2017.
Intellectual Property Rights
Under no condition without permission can you modify, download, any videos, photographs, text or audio from the site. Without obtaining a license from Silver Affect, use of content for any purpose is prohibited. NyLaurent is the holder of all “Silver Affect” garment design, site, logo, domain name, graphics, documentation, videos, text shall be considers intellectual works on which NyLaurent owns all commercial rights and intellectual property.
Any diffusion, reproduction, transcription, distribution, modification, representation, translation, disclosure is strictly prohibited without Silver Affect authority in any manner whatsoever.
Customer agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Silver Affect, its employees, agents, affiliates, members, licensors, executives, owners, and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, damages, obligations, claims, liabilities, debt or cost, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
